Pork rib sale: Don’t forget to sign up to buy ribs to support the scholarship fund of our Men & Ministry group. The cost is $20/slab. Deadline to order is Dec. 7; pick up is Dec. 14, afterour second service. Pay for them at pick up. If you would like delivery, please indicate on the sign up sheet. Thanks for your faithful support!
Mark Your Calendars: On Sunday, Dec. 28th, we will have ONE worship service at 10:00. Sunday School will be from 9:00 to 9:50 that day. We are delighted that Bob Minnette and several of his band members will be here for that service. We are looking forward to this opportunityfor all of us to worship together and enjoy the carols of the season. We hope you will plan to join us for this time of worship and celebration post-Christmas.
Spiritual Strategic Journey Update: The leaders of our twenty-five Share and Prayer Triplets came together on Sunday, November 16th, to discuss the three scenarios that had been presented on November1st. Thankfully, there was considerable consensus among the group members as to where we feel the Holy Spirit is leading us as a church family at this time in our history. The next step in the Spiritual Strategic Journey process is for a teamof writers to now craft a story portraying our vision of what kind of church St. Paul’s UCC will be in 2018. Please keep these folks in yourprayers as they prepare this future story which will be presented to the congregation in early 2009.
